Welcome to CV Anthem. By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

CV Anthem is a paid, AI-powered tool that converts user-provided professional text or PDF resumes into custom, generated music tracks ("Anthems").

2. User Content and Conduct

Your Data: By pasting text or uploading a PDF, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content or have the appropriate permissions to use it. You agree not to upload classified, confidential, or highly sensitive personal information belonging to yourself or others.

Prohibited Use: You may not use the Service to generate content that is hateful, abusive, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to delete any generated content that violates these rules.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Retries

Pricing: The Service costs $2.99 USD per generation, processed securely via Stripe.

No Refunds: Because the generation process incurs immediate, non-recoverable costs with our third-party AI providers, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Failed Generations: In the event that the AI pipeline times out or fails to generate your audio track due to a system error, we provide a "Free Retry" mechanism. You will not be charged again for retrying a failed transaction.

4. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Your Resume: You retain all ownership rights to the original text and resume documents you provide to the Service.

The Generated Anthem: The music, vocals, and album art generated by the Service are created using third-party AI APIs (including Suno AI). CV Anthem grants you a broad, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to download, share, and publicly display your generated Anthem for personal and professional networking purposes (e.g., posting to LinkedIn, personal websites, or social media).

CV Anthem's IP: The website design, code, logos, and layout are the intellectual property of CV Anthem.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Because we rely on generative AI, we do not guarantee that the generated lyrics, music, or pronunciation will be perfectly accurate, error-free, or exactly to your subjective musical taste. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or bug-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV Anthem and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service (e.g., $2.99).

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation.
